The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act affords parents and students over 18 years of age certain rights with respect to access and confidentiality of student educational records.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act provides that a school may disclose appropriately designated "directory information" without written consent.
Parent/guardians not wishing their child's hearing tested should notify the health office in writing at the beginning of the year. Parents/guardians with concerns about their child's hearing should contact the school nurse.
McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Assistance Act
