Lakeview Feature Teacher: Beth Kappmeyer, Allison Johnston, and Kendria Scriver
Mrs. Beth Kappmeyer, Ms. Allison Johnston, and Mrs. Kendria Scriver are Lakeview's dedicated team of reading interventionists. The team has been collaborating with the building instructional coach and AEA consulting support to analyze student data and develop targeted intervention plans that address specific student goals. Their work has focused on supporting students' phonemic awareness, phonics, visual decoding, and writing needs. They are also planning ongoing observations and opportunities for feedback to make sure instruction is helping students make accelerated progress.
