Instructional coaches and leaders from surrounding districts visited Solon Middle School today to participate in a “Coaching Lab.” Participants observed Instructional Coach, Julie Smith, and 6th grade teacher, Kearce Linder, analyze student data and plan instruction as part of a Student Centered Coaching cycle. #Leaders #SolonMS
